Board Leadership

Valor Classical Christian Academy Board of Directors serves as the entity steering the vision, infrastructure, and philosophical direction of the school. The Board oversees the headmaster who in turn oversees staff and students. Directors are volunteers and include an array of interested and invested individuals, such as parents of students, educators, and local professionals. All directors share a passion for classical Christian education.

An organization will embody the character of its leadership. To create a solid foundation for the school, the Board strives to demonstrate these ideals:

  • Prayerful: The Board holds prayer in high regard. It is the Board’s constant prayer that its decisions would be wise, unified, and led by the Holy Spirit.

  • Life-Long Learners: The Board commits to ongoing growth about school leadership and classical Christian education. It will do so via study, training, and mentorship. 

  • Character and Clarity: The Board commits to acting with integrity and communicating clearly.

  • Service and Generosity: The Board will lead in giving of time and talents to the school. Additionally, each board member is committed to financial generosity, in accordance with his or her capacity.
