We’re assembling a team to help establish Valor Classical Christian Academy as a unique educational choice in the Fox Valley. We’re on the search for educators—both formally and informally trained—who demonstrate a passion for learning and classical Christian education, genuine knowledge of certain subjects, skill in communication, high character, and spiritual maturity. And because we’re a school, a love for children is essential. In all categories, ideal candidates will be invigorated by the unique possibilities of a start-up school—therefore, a good attitude, flexibility, and a solid work ethic are a must.

Valor offers a professional work environment, small classes, a school culture that allows teachers to focus on teaching, and a school schedule that balances diligent work and real rest. We are located in beautiful Neenah, Wisconsin, a charming and vibrant community located on the Fox River.

Valor is currently hiring the following positions for the 2025-2026 school year:

• Grammar School Teachers, Grades K-6: We are hiring for 2-3 full-time teachers in these roles.

• Logic School Teacher, Grades 7-8: This role may be a part-time or full-time, depending on applicants. For example, we may hire one teacher to instruct in all subjects or a combination of several teachers to cover various subjects. Ideal candidates will be eager to lead our 7-8th grade students and help create a virtuous environment where Valor’s oldest students are challenged and shepherded.

• PE Teacher, All Grades: This is a part-time role (10-15 hours per week) responsible for instructing all school PE classes.

• Substitute Teachers, All Grades: We are always accepting applications for qualified substitute teachers.
